Airline Structural Engineering Support

Keep aircraft flying when structure gets in the way.

Remote embedded engineering, structural evaluations, repair dispositions, AOG response, and on-site support, so operators clear engineering bottlenecks and return aircraft to service faster.

Reduce aircraft downtime Faster repair dispositions Engineering bandwidth on demand

Services

An extension of your engineering department.

Support across the full lifecycle of a structural finding, from first notification to return to service.

01

Remote Embedded Engineering

Augment your engineering organization without adding headcount: structural findings, repair development, backlog relief, and continued-airworthiness activities.

02

Structural Engineering Consulting

Structural evaluations, repair classifications, engineering dispositions, and technical problem-solving for operators and MROs.

03

Aircraft-On-Ground Support

Rapid-response structural engineering for operationally critical findings and dispatch-sensitive maintenance events.

04

On-Site Engineering Support

Heavy-maintenance visits, structural investigations, repair implementation, OEM coordination, and field engineering support.

05

Structural Process Assessments

Identify bottlenecks, improve disposition turnaround, reduce span times, and build a roadmap for workflow improvement.

06

Damage Tolerance & Analysis

Crack-growth analysis, fatigue assessments, inspection thresholds, and continued structural-integrity support.

How We Work

You keep authority. We bring the structural depth.

Experience & Credibility

Shaun Ehrhart

Founder & Principal Engineer

Shaun Ehrhart brings more than 20 years of airline structural engineering to commercial transport aircraft, from repair evaluation and disposition through continued airworthiness and damage-tolerance analysis. He has worked inside the airline maintenance environment handling minor and major repair classification, the acceptable versus approved data framework, and OEM coordination. He also builds engineering processes and leads teams, so operators get the technical depth and the workflow discipline that keep aircraft moving.
